Looms:
We continue to install looms to expand our production.

New Knit Machines:
La Escala has new Jersey (24 gage) and Rib/Interlock (18 gage) machines. This expands our current product line to include both knit and woven fabrics of the highest quality.

Advanced Dyeing Technology:
La Escala operates with the most advanced dyeing technology in the world. The THEN Airflow answered our needs for a high quality, flexible and environmentally friendly machine to dye and apply special finishes to our fabrics. We installed a new MCS Multiflow to expand our production capacity and improve capabilities in reactive dyeing. Recently, a new Thies Ecomaster was added.  THIES, THEN, and MCS are recognized leaders in technology innovation and we value our continually expanding partnerships.

Cotton USA License:
La Escala was approved on December 13, 1999 as a Cotton USA licensee. The gold seal of quality in cotton, our clients can be assured that our cotton fabrics use only the finest quality U.S. cotton.

Textiles La Escala is a textile manufacturer in Quito Ecuador of woven and knit fabrics in Andean region and eligible for Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act ATPDEA tariff advantages.
